Hello everyone. Here are the pictures of the cakes you've made for Course 1 Second day. This is the group where we bring together people with different cake decorating experiences/levels. It includes those who've been baking for some time, and those who are just starting. They take the class either to take their skills to the next level, or just for refresher. I always tell my class to take pictures of cakes they make. This way, you can see the progression of your skills. At the same time, it gives you a chance to inform the public what kind of cake you made recently, and the cakes you've made thus far. It also helps inspire those who don't believe in themselves. Look at the cakes from Course 1 April 2009.
