Every once in a while, my students will be making cakes after or outside of class. I'm thrilled to see what they make after they take my classes and I'm happy to share pictures of their recent creations. These are cakes that have been made for special friends or families. Once they venture into selling their cakes, I'm sure they will create their websites to feature their portfolios.
About Me
- Sonia - Wilton Method Instructor
- I am an active Wilton Method Instructor at Michael's in Federal Way and Tukwila, WA. I created this blog to showcase my students' work, during and after their classes with me. It's a wonderful medium to share and exchange ideas expressed in cakes. Please feel free to share the pictures with your friends and relatives. We would love to receive your comments about these wonderful creations. Enjoy! If you have any questions, send me an email to: sweetnessinseattle@yahoo.com

August 2011 - Course 3 - Gum Paste & Fondant Final Cake
When you look at this beautiful Fondant cake, do you think this could have been made by a 10-year old? Cake decorating is a craft that can be learned by the young and younger alike... It just takes patience, hard work, and lots of practice. Great job kiddo!
