Hi everyone!
As mentioned I am teaching the last tall cakes class in 2012 on November 10, 2012. Those that are interested to learn how to build your tiered cakes, this is the class to take. You only need to finish Course 1 and you should be able to build your cakes. It is a one day class, 3-hours long, cost $20.
Tukwila - November 10, 2012, 9:30 - 12:30 pm.
Federal Way - November 10, 2012, 4:00 - 7:00 pm.
You need to bring 2 cakes, one a 6-inch, and a second a 10-inch. Both cakes should already be frosted.
You will need either the Tiered Cakes Book or a Yearbook for your guide. You will also need to bring your decorations to the class so you can finish decorating the cakes you constructed.
The next one will be around spring next year!
