This means that the bounce coupons that I hand you prior to signup is valued at $10 until December. In December, only Course 1 Decorating Basics will be offered in both locations due to shortened schedule for the holidays. So get your classes finished up by November. This will get you ready for the upcoming COURSE 4 - GUMPASTE FLOWERS to be launched in February 2012.

There will be one last Tall Cakes class for the year and will be in Tukwila and is scheduled for November 5, 9:00 am - 12:00 pm. This is a one-day, 3 hours session, cost $20. No bounce coupon.

I will also be teaching many kids and adult classes in November and December. For example, Michaels Kids Super Cake Class (one-day class where kids 12 and under can learn how to decorate a small cake, cupcakes, or cookies); Gingerbread House, and Candy Making - see schedule below.

October 2011 Class Schedules

October is 40% promotion for classes. Current students do not have to sign up until the last day of your current class because I hand out the bounce coupons at that time so you can use that for signing up for the next course. For the rest of you who would like to sign up to my classes, please contact me for bounce coupons that you can use to reduce your class fee by $5.00 (we cannot use bounce coupons for Tall Cakes class). Thus, with the bounce coupon, you should only pay $22.00 for each course in October. Here are the class schedules for both stores:

Project Cakes

Every once in a while, my students will be making cakes after or outside of class. I'm thrilled to see what they make after they take my classes and I'm happy to share pictures of their recent creations. These are cakes that have been made for special friends or families. Once they venture into selling their cakes, I'm sure they will create their websites to feature their portfolios.
