4th of July Cake


I'd like to share with all of you another version of a 4th of July cake by one of my students. Good job, TM!

4th of July Fondant Cake

Here's my take on a 4th of July cake in Fondant...



This is a chocolate cake filled with the filling for German's Chocolate Cake (coconut and pecan filling). I used blue fondant as my base color, decorated with star cutouts, then covered with alternate white and red fondant drape. To finalize, I used ball border with alternate red and blue. Hope you like it!
