JULY 2009 - Cake Decorating Schedule
It is 50% promotion for all 4-week classes in July.
Here's the schedule for classes in July
Course 1 - Tuesday - June 30, 2009 (6:30 - 8:30 pm)
Course 2 - Friday - July 10, 2009 (6:30 - 8:30 pm)
Course 3 - Wednesday, July 1, 2009 (6:30 - 8:30 pm)
Course 4 (Fondant & Gumpaste) - Thursday, July 2, 2009 (6:30 - 8:30 pm)
DOUBLE BOUNCE!!!!!
Don't forget to use your bounce-back coupon when signing up. It's $10 extra towards your sign-
up fee. The total discounted tuition should be $12.50. If you don't have a bounce-back/bounce-in coupon, please let me know so I can write one up for you.

4th of July Fondant Cake
Here's my take on a 4th of July cake in Fondant...
This is a chocolate cake filled with the filling for German's Chocolate Cake (coconut and pecan filling). I used blue fondant as my base color, decorated with star cutouts, then covered with alternate white and red fondant drape. To finalize, I used ball border with alternate red and blue. Hope you like it!
