Course 1 (Basic Cake Decorating) - Wednesdays, beginning April 7, 6:30 - 8:30 pm

Course 2 (Royal Icing) - Tuesdays except Day 1 meets on Friday, April 9, then every Tuesdays thereafter, 6:30 -8:30 pm

Course 3 (Fondant & Tiers) - Mondays, beginning April 5 (except April 19 class meets on April 16 Friday), 6:30 - 8:30 pm

Course 4 (Fondant & Gumpaste) - Thursdays beginning April 8, 6:30 - 8:30 pm
