Course 1 (Basic Cake Decorating) - October 8 (Thursday) - 6:30 - 8:30 pm
Course 2 (Royal Icing Flowers) - October 7 (Wednesday) - 6:30 - 8:30 pm
Course 4 (Fondant & Gumpaste) - October 6 (Tuesday) - 6:30 - 8:30 pm
Course 3 (to be held in November).
Watch out for Gumpaste flowers class to be announced soon.....

Luggage Cake
Luggage cake that I made for a co-worker who's leaving to do volunteer work for the Peace Corps in Ethiopia. It's a 3-layer, marble cake (top and bottom) and butter cake middle.
