Airbrushing Cake Project

I have my friend and a former student (some of you may recognize her from class) practice on her airbrushing techniques and sent me her most recent cake project, a Dragon cake with special effects. I invite you to check out the video at the bottom of this post. I'd like to learn a trick or two about airbrushing and maybe there are some of you out there who'd also like to learn so perhaps I can invite her to come and share her knowledge and we all can learn together. Please let me know if you're interested and I'll convince her to come.
